The G-200 titanium-based ion exchanger is our company's second-generation lithium extraction material. It can adsorb lithium ions from various solutions and features a stable crystal structure and three-dimensional ion exchange channels. It demonstrates strong selectivity for lithium in terms of ionic radius and valence state, with minimal adsorption of cations such as magnesium, sodium, potassium, boron, and calcium from brine. It features easy desorption, minimal dissolution loss, and high elution concentration. The material can be repeatedly regenerated for long service life. It is suitable for filling adsorption towers for lithium extraction, ensuring a simple process. Its unique particle size distribution and morphology reduce water flow resistance through the tower, allowing for smooth liquid flow even with high-viscosity concentrated brine.
